Adarus Black was named as the suspect accused of shooting to death Na'Kia Crawford, an Akron, Ohio. Here is the complete breakdown and the recent update on the case. 

A car pulled alongside at a local intersection and shot fire into Na'Kia Crawford's car in a broad daylight. At the time, she was running errands with her grandmother. According to the Police, her grandmother was in a passenger seat and did not get injured. 

During the initial investigation, the police suspected that the killer was a white male. However, they later mentioned all of the three suspects were black. In their statement, Police revealed that they found Crawford shot to death in her car at East North and North Howard Streets.

Adarus Black, a 19-years old who was a suspect in the Na'kia Crawford shooting case has been arrested. The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force confirmed his arrest after two years of the Akron shooting.

They found that Black was living in Atlanta under a fake name. At the time of his arrest, the police found an AR-type rifle. He will be in custody in Georgia until they extradite him back to Ohio. 

According to NOVFTF, later on, they positively identified him as he left an apartment in the 100 block of Greyfield Lane in the city. 

Black who was a suspect for the case since the beginning was on a hide ever since. However, U.S. Marshall Pete Elliott revealed that Akron Police Department never gave up on the case.

Adarus Black is currently in the custody after two years of Na'Kia Crawford's murder. They made an arrest of the prime suspect of the case and it soon made the national news. 

Police had stated that the shooting was a case of "mistaken identity." Previously, they made an arrest of both Jason Bivins and Janisha George on charges of obstructing justice. Meanwhile, Black remained at large since the case took place.
